I just spent some days in gratefulness. i needed to become 51 to be humble enough not to complain about “being here” or not having more of this and that. Does the message of Brother Steindl-Rast contradict the Course In Miracles, when it said yesterday “The world i see holds nothing that i want” and today “beyond this world is a world i want.”? Or is not the other way around: Each moment of gratefulness opens our hearts to the real world and restoring to our awareness which was given us already? http://youtu.be/3Zl9puhwiyw
A female humpback whale had become entangled in a spider web of crab traps and lines. She was weighted down by hundreds of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay afloat. She also had hundreds of yards of line rope wrapped around her body, her tail, her torso, a line tugging in her mouth.
This is her story of giving gratitude.
A fisherman spotted her just east of the Faralon Islands (outside the Golden Gate) and radioed for help. Within a few hours, the rescue team arrived and determined that she was so badly off, the only way to save her was to dive in and untangle her…. a very dangerous proposition.
One slap of the tail could kill a rescuer.
They worked for hours with curved knives and eventually freed her.
When she was free, the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles. She then came back to each and every diver, one at a time, nudged them, and pushed gently, thanking them. Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience of their lives.
The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth says her eye was following him the whole time, and he will never be the same.
May you be so fortunate …
To be surrounded by people who will help you get untangled from the things that are binding you.
And, may you always know the joy of giving and receiving gratitude.

This world seems to veil the Gate of Heaven, but how is this possible, if Heaven is not a place, nor a condition, but simply the true state of wholeness, and therefore infinite? Illusions on the other hand feed on rejection, but in the light of acceptance they must disappear. Furthermore even we become illusions, if we oppose appearances, because we loose our state of wholeness. Escaping limitations is therefore a tricky thing to do, because the mere attempt to escape a thing reinforces separation in one´s minds. The surrender of resistance against what is seems to be the only other way to go. The direction of the path depends on one´s definition of salvation, either as escape or integration.
We encounter a higher and higher intesity energy to witch we need to be udjust ourselves. How do we do this? Allways by surrendering to it.
I just made another audio on enlighenment.
God said: Keep them on the road.
I said: what about my passion?
God said: Keep it burning.
I said: what about my heart?
God said: Tell me what you hold inside it?
He said: ..stay with it.
The wound is the place where the Light enters you.
This is the most powerful exercise of the Course In Miracles, which leads me out of the “battleground” of time and space immediately. It can be sent to particular persons from the past who have passed, live now, or the whole universe. This exercise is from the lesson 127 “There is no love except the love of God”. It is called the biggest step within the path of the Course to get a hint about what love really means. Love is not related to objects or bodies, but an extension of what we really are, in other words it is the direct path back to one´s self. Here is the simple exercise:
“I bless you, brother, with the Love of God, which I
would share with you. For I would learn the
joyous lesson that there is no love but God’s
and yours and mine and everyone’s.”
I found it helpful to let your physical heart be the source of that love. It´s also possible to connect with God by saying “I join with You within Your Love, which I
would share with You. For I would learn the
joyous lesson that there is no love but God’s and mine and everyone’s.” And don´t forget, to bless yourself with it as well. This kind of love is a toy, with which happy children play.
